We are currently focusing on the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Illinois, but we also have projects in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Zero PPA Program for Both Commercial and Residential

Residents of DC, as well as some residents on the Maryland side of the DC border, qualify for a special program that provides a NO COST, NO LOAN, NO HIDDEN FEES solar power generation system. This system can offer you FREE or reduced-cost electricity for your home. No tricks, just savings! Through government programs we partner with you. We take advantage of incentives offered by Federal and Local programs and you reap the benefit of free or reduced Power bill for up to 20 YEARS!!

The DC Free Power Purchase Agreement (Free PPA) program is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at promoting sustainable energy practices and reducing the carbon footprint of Washington, DC. Green Pulse Dynamics LLC (GPD), a prominent solar power generation development company based in the heart of the nation's capital, spearheads this innovative program.

Under the Free PPA program, DC residents and commercial building owners have the opportunity to benefit from no-cost solar panel installations and the possibility of having NO utility Bill ( except the Pepco $15.50 minimum connection bill) for a period of 20 Years. This initiative not only encourages the adoption of clean energy solutions, but also significantly reduces electricity costs for participants.

One of the key driving factors behind the success of the Free PPA program is the DC Solar Renewable Energy Credit (SREC) program. This program provides substantial incentives by paying out $400-$435 per 1000 kilowatts of energy generated by solar systems. The payout decreases incrementally by $20 each year, ultimately leveling out for the last decade of the 20-year program.

6 Cent PPA Program for Both Commercial and Residential

This Program is similar to the Zero PPA program which is available to Residents of DC, as well as some residents on the Maryland side of the DC border. However, this program is available to Customers whom may have some issues with their home. These "issures" may be an electrical panel needing upgraded, roof repairs, or something that would prevent the you from being approved for the PPA Program. We can analyze your situation and and offer a 6 cent per watt bill.
